Here's the VEGAS Pro 17 requirements (Movie Studio 17 should be similar): My laptop is well over 5 years old and VEGAS Pro 13 through 19 are all working fine on this system. I see nothing on your screenshot that would prevent it from working. The upgrade to Movie Studio 17 would be VEGAS Pro 19.
Movie Studio 17 was the last VEGAS Movie Studio version.
